How do I process a refund through Axaipay?

If a merchant wants to refund a transaction via Axaipay, please follow the steps below:

1. Please complete Refund Request Form and submit it to support@axaipay.com.
2. The Axaipay Support Team will process the refund within two (2) working days after receiving the refund request.
3. Once the refund is processed, it may take up to fourteen (14) working days for the refund amount to be reflected in the customer's payment statement.
